Prepositional Phrases

A Prepositional phrase consists of 2 parts. They are a preposition and its object. The object of a preposition can be a noun or a pronoun. Let's see the following examples of prepositional phrases :
  1. at your house
  2. at home
  3. in the market
  4. in the afternoon
  5. at school
  6. to the bank
The underlined words are the prepositions, whereas the green-colored words are the object of prepositions.
